Breads that I have made

The list is long as I have done a lot of baking, and still do.

I like baking beer bread. It is easy to do and only takes about 1-1/2 hours, start to finish.

The ingredients are simple:

  • Beer
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Butter

You can always add more ingredients into the mix. Things like nuts and fruits and cheeses give a variety of flavor options.

Now don’t worry, you won’t get drunk eating the bread. Most of the alcohol burns off in the baking process, leaving behind just a hint of beer and a delicious texture and flavor. There is only one 12 ounce can of beer used per loaf.
